26.05.2009.  The new manual "The laboratory practicum on astrophysics" (authors: Vorobjeva E.N., Philippov Ju. P.)  was published (pdf-file, demo).

10 works devoted to the main directions of astrophysics are included in a laboratory practicum. Each laboratory work contains the list of the special materials (tablets, photos) necessary for performance of work, the theory of considered questions, tasks, the list of references, the control questions. The practical work is designed for individual performance of works, therefore tasks have 8 variants. The laboratory practical work on astrophysics corresponds to the program of "Astrophysics". The given manual is intended for performance of laboratory works on astrophysics by 4-th course students of physical faculty SSU. It also can be used on facultative occupations and special courses on astronomy at schools with a physical and mathematical specialization.

31.03.2009. On the eve of Cosmonautics day (12.04.2009) for all interested persons I shall read new open lecture

"The modern status of comets researches with spacecrafts"

The lecture will take place in a museum of Cosmonautics ("Rocket" on Lenin prospectus) on April, 10, 2009 (time is specified).

The lecture will take place in lecture hall L-7 of lecture building SSU at  April 1, 2009 year, 9^h40^m.

 23.01.2008. The new section of site Astrodrom is submitted.  It is a library of research projects on astronomy and adjacent scientific directions. These projects are made by me and Snetkova Yu.A. in the co-authorship with other experts, and also under our scientific management. In more details ... look following page...

 6.11.2007. Attention! On November, 9 2007 in 11^h 20^m the scientific seminar on a theme "The Modern status of Solar System researches" will take place at the department of general and theoretical physics (212f). The seminar will be held by the senior lecturer - Philippov Yu. P. All interested persons are invited (especially  first course students)!

 19.09.2007. Today the advanced version of Yurii Philippov's personal site is started in operation.   As against the previous versions the new version have some essential advantages:

• Representation of the basic information in 2 languages (Russian and English);

• Former resources are essentially modified. A lot of new information is added;

• Representation of the information is optimized: a minimum useless graphics +  maximum of the helpful information;

• New systematization of library resources is submitted.
